Dorbs brings AI to the everyday work of people across the electric industry.

From reinventing field diagnostics, to enhancing utility operations, to affordably integrating a surge of new data centers. Practical AI that empowers the people who do the work.

Within the facility

AI that turns a reading into a trusted diagnosis and a safe next step, so a field technician isn’t running on memory and guesswork.

Across utility operations

AI a utility of any size can actually adopt: set the strategy, build it, scale it, without a big-utility budget.

At grid scale

As new data centers arrive faster than the system was built for, AI that helps take on the load affordably, without overbuilding what the public pays for.

Who’s behind Dorbs

Andrija “Ani” Sadikovic, founder of Dorbs

Dorbs was founded by Andrija “Ani” Sadikovic to accelerate how people in the electric industry put AI to work, improving the experience and productivity of the people who run the grid — one of the most important engineering systems ever built.

As a business and technical leader in transmission and distribution planning and smart grids, Ani has a track record of taking on hard, practical problems — the kind that are genuinely difficult but solvable. In a prior role, he built and led the team that brought a first-of-its-kind AI platform for distribution system planning to full production scale — one that let engineers and AI work together, significantly improving the quality, speed, and volume of their output.

That conviction — that AI should amplify the people doing the work, never replace them — is what Dorbs is built on. “I’ve always been drawn to problems that look impossible but can’t be ignored,” Ani says. “The electric industry is full of them, and the people doing this work deserve solutions that help them, not replace them.”
